Dorte Kristoffersen Audit Director, AUQA
Dorte joined the Australian Universities Quality Agency in October 2004. Dorte has a strong background in the evaluation and quality assurance of higher education. She has worked with quality assurance of higher education since 1992 and was deputy director of the Danish Evaluation Institute from 1999 to 2004. She has been a member of numerous international evaluation and review panels and has been involved in a number of capacity building projects in quality assurance in Europe. She served as a member on the Higher Education Training and Awards Council in Ireland from 2002-2004, she has served as chairman of the Nordic Network of Quality Assurance Agencies and she is currently a board member of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) Dorte is trained as an assessor in the Business Excellence Model (EFQM) and has experience as a lead assessor in the assessment of public sector institutions. Dorte is a graduate of the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen and holds a Master of Business Administration and Languages.
